2304 Hillsborough Street is a 5-story building constructed directly across from Wilson Hall on N. C. State's Campus.  The building is comprised of 2 levels of commercial space, 3 levels of residential apartments, and a roof top patio on the the 6th Floor.  TT Construct played an integral in consulting throughout the design process and teamed up with Metrocon for the construction phase of the project.
